Textile impulses for the future

After a postponement of the conference in 2020 due to the pandemic and a successful virtual conference in 2021, we will hold the ADD-ITC 2022 on-site at Eurogress Aachen. The organizers are extremely looking forward to the personal exchange with the professional audience and the special atmosphere of a face-to-face event. Conference participants can expect a variety of exclusive presentations.

Plenary presentations will come from the Gherzi Textil Organization, the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, the VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland, Evonik Operations GmbH, the University of Borås and HeiQ, among others.

Representatives from Sweden’s and Finland’s textile industry as well as from research institutions and associations will provide a comprehensive insight into the textile landscape of this year’s partner countries.

The textile and clothing industry must reinvent itself! At the ADD, the best graduates from the design departments of German universities make the transformation to a sustainable and fair industry visible with an inspiring fashion show. Trendsetting design, technical innovations, sustainability and diversity will be staged in multimedia by the team of Neo.Fashion and Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences.
